I placed my order approximately 3 weeks ago but nothing has arrived as yet.
I didnt get an email to confirm the order?
Just checked my credit card transactions and they havent taken the money out which makes me think that I have been unlucky.

I placed my order on 24th but have had nothing apart from the original email confirming order.

I have emailed them today - well I think I have as I entered my message and pressed the 'send' button which was followed by a blank enquiry form again - not sure whether its been sent.

Can someone confirm whether you get an email confirmation upon submitting your enquiry - i.e. do you get a reply back acknowledging your email?

I got an order no. come up after submitting the order,but no confirmation e-mail.
I also rang this week - I had to ring the 0870 no. as they said they could not deal with my enquiry on the other number that was posted on this thread.
They do have my order on record but could not give me any idea when it would arrive.
It's a bit of a nuisance as I wanted it for my son as he has just moved and doesn't have one.
He doesn't seem too bothered by the delay though!

If you want to contact them try replying to the confirmation email. I never got a response from the online form but did by using email. Perhaps someone else could post that email here for the benefit of anyone who didn't receive confirmation?

( I would but am on my partner's PC as mine is in the bedroom and he worked a night last night )

I ordered mine on 25th april, got an email confirmation sent straight away.
Just rang them on 08702250109 and was told that I would be getting one but they can't say when as they have no idea when stock will be back in.
They won't email anyone until stock has arrived.
Just wait and hope then.

If I don't get one within 28 days from my email confirmation I'll have to buy elsewhere , I've just been hanging on waiting but the vacuum we have is dying quick .

You think you have problems lol - bought this because mine had actually caught fire the day before! Have been hoovering my house with a dustpan and brush ever since :eek: Hurry up Bissell, I may be saving on my energy bill but I've aged considerably in a fortnight :rotfl:

Money was debited from my account today - so am assuming this means my hoover has been despatched! Probably despatched yesterday as maestro transactions never show on my account until the following working day. Will keep you posted!
