Couldn't place my order online either but managed to order one over the phone. The sales girl was very pleasant and said they'd been having problems with their online service - probably due to the fact so many of us are trying to order.:D

I already have one of these bought it a few years ago through this site (£79.99) they are good machines but a bit heavy . Although I do have a Miele cat dog cylinder I have still purchased another one for £29.99 you cant really go wrong.
