One question, did anyone get a separate stair tool or just the 2 on board tools ?
I am missing the stair tool, but will be ringing up today to find out whySam:happylove0 -
Got my red lift off on tuesday. Came with crevice tool and upholstery tool and another one that i presume is the stair tool. Long thing with alternating brushes. Does this live on the machine anywhere or does it remain loose?0

I didn't get the stair tool but wasn't sure if it was an optional extra as it wasn't shown on page 4 (where everything is named) and when it is named on page 7 it says "All items may not be included with your model. More tools are available to order ...".
If anyone has any luck ringing up for one can you post on here.
Thanks.0 -

Do you have to fill in the registration card with regard to the guarantee? When I started to complete mine I found the serial number on the back of the hoover had been blacked out so I was not sure whether it needed registering or not.
Thanks.0 -
Same here , serial number blacked out .
I'm not registering it as Bissell well know that it is a refurbed unit anyway , if it goes wrong I'll contact them .0 -
I got one of these a few weeks back. Have emptied the filters but there seems to be v.little suction.
When I put my hand to the brush there's hardly any suction to be felt, but plenty of suction from pipe on lift off bit.
Any ideas?0 -
I'm still waiting for mine! How about anyone else?
