ordered mine on 25 april. sent an email a couple of days a go to enquire how long it may be til i receive my order.

lady rang me today to let me know that they are out of stock and that they should be receiving some more in the next two weeks.

she said she was from shop direct.

I received my vacuum today. I received the Lift-off. My confirmation e-mail is dated 24 april @ 00.59. I never received any further e-mails from Bissell, even though I queried when I would receive my vacuum. It looks new except for a small cosmetic scratch down one side. My payment was taken on 18 May, though I have only just noticed!

Ordered 22/4, and no communication since confirmation e-mail, as akh43.

Can't remember what date I ordered mine but a payment to shop direct was taken from my account yesterday so hopefully it should be on its way soon. I never received a confirmation email but I did get an order number which I have lost.

Got mine today - standard (red) liftoff model - few scratches etc (can tell its recon) but otherwise ok.

Ordered on 24th april at 9am - payment taken on 18th may 07.

Received my "lift off" today, has taken over a month but apart from the hose which has a few scuffs at the end? the rest of the vacuum is in perfect condition.
Very pleased with it and definitley prefer it to my Dyson.:p

Mine came yesterday as well. Money taken from account on Sunday. Can't see any scratches and well impressed with the way it vacuums.

Mine arrived today and as Im 7 months pg my husband is having a great time with HIS new hoover lets hope it stays that way.
