Thanks for some usefull comments and some not so good but I can take heed from this. I unfortunatly was trying to type whilst working around my two toddlers and was not looking quite so much as I would do whilst doing a letter.

    Bullet points would be..
Change in scheduled printed time tables, numerous times over two day period.
Lack of communication and making sure riders were aware of changes.
Aggressive attitude and lack of respect shown for suggestions put forward.
    General unprofessional manner shown.
The joining of the last two sessions having paid an extra £40 to compete in both extra races to gain more track time, they were then joined together at the end of the day.
There are specific issues with tyres and needing to have them security marked and can only be used as per details for one race and qualifying, the start of this weekend dh was informed he could use the ones he had taken off for the qualifying of this weekend. Just adding to more stress of not knowing what is going on as things seem have changed from the rules advised.
If blue flags are going to be used can the marshals all use them not just some,if not all are confident with blue then maybe it would be best if the riders were informed it would not be used at all over the weekend.

I hope this meets with better approval? lol these are key points.
I want them to make clubs aware that hosting this class that has this kind of planning isnt acceptable in that same manner that has been shown this weekend. Its adding undue stress to racers, not just for my dh and also lowering safety levels by riders going out in this stressed manner.

    Thanks in advance once again.

This class of racing is supposed to be the British 250 GP, and is being hosted by a number of different club organisations to make it come together. I understand that it is a huge thing to host along side normal club rounds

  • I have composed a basic letter for you which you could edit appropiately. TBH do not understand racing. Make sure you double space for easier reading

    Date

    Company’s address

    Dear Sir/Madam,

We recently visited ………………… on the …/04/07 for the weekend. My husband whom races for the team Absracing was disappointed with the lack of organisation at this event.

*We were not given sufficient notice for the changes of the timetable schedules

*Lack of communication to ensure that the riders were aware of any changes

This resulted in my husband having to pay £40.00 extra to compete in two extra races to gain extra track time. When I brought this to the attention of your staff, I was treated in an aggressive manner and felt that my complaint had not been taken seriously. I believe that your staff lacked professionalism and had ‘care less’ attitudes. This was not the response that I had expected to receive.

There were other issues which arose during our weekend visit, which has caused us to be greatly concerned and do involve health & safety issues. I would be grateful if you could contact me so we can discuss these matters further.

I look forward to hearing your response,

    Yours Sincerely

"My husband whom races for the team Absracing was disappointed with the lack of organisation at this event."

Is the use of 'whom' correct here?
"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"

No, it's not. The correct word is "who" and you should use commas like so:

"My husband, who races for the team Absracing, was disappointed with the lack of organisation at this event".
