LivingSocial Ignoring all my refund requests

I bought a deal from LivingSocial for a restaurant and it was significantly not as described. I walked out of the restaurant and never ate.
I immediately used the contact details provided by LivingSocial to contact them but they never replied to any of my emails.
I've sent 7 so far with not one reply.
I'm getting increasingly aware they don't plan to give me my money back but I want it back.
Anyone had any experience or no what I can do here?
My bank won't do a chargeback either. I don't want them to scam me or others, so definitely putting my foot down - every avenue.

I work a 45 hour week. 12 hours round trip every day.
My money I have I invest on my blog. Any questions or help offered? I'd love to hear from you.

The chargeback would fail, as you paid LS and not the vendor you complained against. It is up to LS to refund you - if you can raise them!0

What was the actual problem?0

Post on their Facebook wall - that tends to make them reply!0

What was the actual problem?
The menu on the Living Social deal showed that meat dishes were available. But when I got there the choice was fish or vegetarian dishes. I don't eat vegetables, nor do I eat fish.
Thus it ended up my paying for something I never got. And they are ignoring my emails, 10 days on and 7 emails later.I work a 45 hour week. 12 hours round trip every day.

What do you eat your meat with?
I'm not confident that this would count as "not as described", unless told that certain dishes would definitely be available?0 -
What did you pay for ?Call me when you're sober0

I'm not a big fan of vegetables, so I'd usually just have potatoes. What do you eat your meat with?
I'd agree here - restaurant menus tend to be, by definition, "subject to availability" based on ingredients.I'm not confident that this would count as "not as described", unless told that certain dishes would definitely be available?0
