T-Mobile Complaint Advice

I sent a letter of complaint to T-mobile in October (about the level of mobile signal in and around my new flat - described as "good" on their coverage checker).
However, the address they give on their website is wrong. They say it's in Sutherland, but actually it's in Hatfield. I had to go into the branch to find out the correct address.0 -
Just to update, I received an email from the EE executive office today regarding my complaint.
They have agreed to refund the early termination charge (however still want the £2.20 I correctly owe) along with a £25 goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.
I have gone back to them requesting this be paid into my account and asking for a response regarding my cashback problem which they conveniently ignored!0
