Perhaps you are guilty of only hearing what you want to hear.
I'd say that was very apparent from the OP's responses, especially the continued reference to PPI and the High Court despite links to the contrary.

If my legal argument is so flawed can tell me why a judge did not strike it out . My be you should go and speak to a solicitor before you write any more

Good luck with lotto and your parking tickets , and don't worry when you go aboard again you don't have to take your passport with you just tell customs who you are and they will believe you ! ! Or is that also the wrong scenario

We are not the ones that chose not to use the free of charge complaints process which sees most credit card PPI complaints result in redress to use the courts where most PPI cases fail.

We are not the ones who turn a court case outcome into a completely different meaning and base their argument on that flawed approach.

Finally yes you are right you are sitting on the fence (if you are not working for a bank) trying to defend the corrupt banking system and put people off standing up for them selves . As for my flawed legal argument a judge has decided I have a case not you , that is why we have a court process to which I am using . Maybe you should try it some time it will educate you .

No i am not. I would have used the free of charge method.
if you are not working for a bank

Just because someone has more common sense and knowledge than you does not mean they work for a bank.
trying to defend the corrupt banking system and put people off standing up for them selves

    Who is defending the banks?

The judge hasnt ruled. We will know the outcome and what has been disregarded once he does rule and the outcome is published. No point listening to what you say as you would tell us something totally different
Maybe you should try it some time it will educate you .

Judging by your posts and your chosen route, it is not me that needs educating

Your wrong again I know how the legal system works

If so, why do you think there was a high court case that ruled on PPI?
that's why I choose to take the court route and it was you who said a judge was wrong

he is if what you said is correct.
you are very brave or very stupid to criticise a judge

Dont be silly. That is how appeals are won.

All I know is you need to take evidence to court. They are under no obligation to keep call recordings from years ago. Also calls are only kept for staff monitoring not legal purposes. If there is evidence of a telephone note of the outcome of a call then that may well be sufficient. There can be a verbal contract. I'm surprised Santander haven't just rolled over and just paid you, they must be quite confident to see this out in court.

The Judicial review in 2011 is irrelevant.

Good luck, let us know the outcome.
