Same with me , tracking showed delivered at 11.45 with a cross scrawled in the signature box . Looked all round the outside of the house - nothing . Thought OMG its been dropped off somewhere else . After 3 phone calls I find out that it will be delivered between 4 -5 pm , but I think its a bit fraudulent of Parcel Force as M&S will have paid a premium for "AM express service" and the driver prentending to deliver before the deadline is abusing the system . Seems like theyve all been instructed to do this ... and Ive stayed in all morning for the " AM express service " .0

Dear Customer
This is just a reminder that the chilled hamper you ordered is on its way and will be delivered to you or your recipient tomorrow between 7am and 9pm. As this is a perishable item, please ensure someone is available to accept delivery; however if no-one is home when our driver calls, we will attempt to leave it in a safe place if we can.
As the hamper is now on its way, we’re unable to make any amendments to your order.
Kind regards

Just to say Ive got the hamper now . Very good for the price I paid . BTW Parcel Force driver said " didnt realise you were tracking it , put 11.45 in to comply with the delivery deadline . Got 130 parcels today so I wouldnt have got yours delivered on time .
Youre the first one to catch me out ."
At least Ive got the hamper unlike lots of others this Christmas .0 -

I'm delighted by the contents although it's not going to be easy to present as a gift. When they said it was ina cardboard box I assumed this would be a gift box, rather than just the packaging. Notn sure what I'm going to do when I give it.ally_bee47 wrote: »I am thinking of getting a basket from Dunelm mill (as they seems to stock cheap ones) along the lines of:

Got my cheese hamper today, would not have been impressed paying full price for it, if I have had it delivered to a family member. I am going to have to try and faff around and put it in a nice box/hamper0 -
Cheese hamper arrived this morning and I'm thrilled with it! Really well packaged - freezer packs still frozen now. Unlike the waitrose hamper which arrived yesterday with warm icepack! Thanks op xx0

My two cheese hampers were supposed to be delivered today but haven't arrived.
I've tracked them online and they haven't moved since 1pm when they were handed over to delivery agent
Am worried now that they will be ruined.
Have emailed Parcel Force, hope they are being stunk out:)0 -
Mine was delivered on Wednesday but due to the smell (and our already full fridge) we repacked all the cheese and put it in the shed. Went to check on it this afternoon and most of the ice packs are still frozen solid. The cheese should stay fresh for a good few days in those boxes.Win £2012 in 2012 £149/£2012

Well, no waiting around wondering whether my 2 hampers would arrive today. We were woken at 7.05 to an almighty banging and the dog going crazy. As we've been burgled before, my husband raced out of bed swearing and shouting, ran down the stairs and screamed expletives at the "intruder".
Then he realised it was the door and opened it to a shocked looking parcelforce driver, "have you just got up mate?" Was the sheepish response from the poor bloke. He scarpered pretty sharpish, leaving the boxes soaking wet on the doorstep!
It's a filthy, dark, wet, morning here, and was pitch black outside (council cuts, no street lights), and he'd banged on the door instead of using the bell.
No "Season of Good Will" greetings from this house
Not a good start to his day
