Wow mine arrived a hour ago and is beautiful only problem waa the Xmas cake, it was damaged a big crack through the middle and icing had fallen off and looked tatty so I sent M&S a email and just had a phone call just now they are refunding me £30 for the coat of the cake as a good will!!!! So I paid £1.50 for a lovely hamper!!!!

Just opened my hampers (got the cheese one and the refresher one); they're wonderful. Feel v lucky to have got such a bargain. Will be giving away a few of the bottles to share our good fortune.

Is anyone else having problems with M&S website ?
To check if the prices have dropped I have to keep re-loading the final payment screen, and to do that I have to keep selecting a delivery date.
Done it about 5000 times today, but now I am stuck in a loop where it asks me for a date, but won't accept any I select........

Just my luck if the prices suddenly drops/glitch happens and the website is in meltdown !!!

p.s or maybe I have already booked 5000 delivery slots for the 21st ????!!!!

Old bag it normally does that when the item is out of stock but has not been fully processed on the website.

I got my hampers earlier, and just wanted to add my thanks to the OP.

I ordered the Cheeseboard hamper as a gift, and it's just perfect (if a little smelly ). I also got the Festive Indulgence hamper - and the contents look just lovely. We may have scoffed the shortbread (very tasty), but I'm determined the rest of the contents _will_ last until Christmas
