Condensing Boiler Price?

Does anyone know, how much changing a faulty combi to a new condensing boiler costs? :confused:

    Its really going to depend on the installation and the pipe runs. If you are going from a combi back to a more traditional tanked system then there is a fair bit of work to do and things like the position of the tanks etc will make a difference to how long its going to take.

    I would suggest calling in at least three heating engineers and getting detailed quotes.

    those boilers are not cheap about 700 up,gas pipe has to be 22mm,if you are on qualifying benefits you can get a grant from warm front for upto £2700 for new boiler and heating upgrade but it takes 6 months or so.
    Condensing boilers don't require a tank its all mains fed.

    Do you not mean Combi boilers don't require a tank?

    All new boilers sold are now condensing boilers; but some are the 'normal' type that heat water that goes to a hot water tank.

    just googled this subject and yes you can have condensing boiler with hot water cylinder.
