Text of email which arrived after the order had been ended and the refund notification arrived. It shows clearly that some people did get the Monitor.

what a load of bull they still sell the exact product we ordered, and would be able to get it in stock if they wanted (they sell it everywhere else). They took it off the site for a day then have put it back on. Last of their warehouse stock, when they've only ever had 90 orders? And uf it was the last of their stock, why have they bothered to put it back online with a higher price tag. Very sneeky indeed.

They obvioulsy didnt know how to handle it as they appear to be a new company, my order number was just number '90', they're blatantly doing this to try and cover themselves. Im not taking it any further but a little honestly wouldnt go a miss, their response is laughable. :rotfl:0 -

how so?
The wording is such that you think they sold out before your order, but that is exactly what they want you to believe. They can say anything they like to squirm out of it, it saves face and admitting they made a mistake, and nobody would know any different. Suppliers or companies in the wrong are very often like that.
No, I doubt very much that anyone got one at that price...0 -
So true, their response was a blatant !!!! and bull story to try and get out of honouring the consumers purchase rights. A county court judge would probably have a field day if any body takes this further, lying is a big no no, can they prove they ran out of stock and gave it people it at this price? I very much doubt it. Plus what sort of company doesnt have any terms and conditions on their site. Very amateurish, again their reponse is a complete joke.0
