looks like another case of a company breaking trading standards and not fulfilling to see though the contracted price. No terms and conditions on this site either.

If there are no T's & C's on the site, then they are in breach of the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). If you've been screwed over on this deal, report them to your local Trading Standards office HERE for breach of the DSR, and also for misleading price indication.

I've just had notification of a refund to my account and the order which was previously pending no longer exists.

Still I got the 15in TFT from Aria and the bargain Kenwood processor so I can't really complain and I did know it appeared too good to be true.

The thing that miffed me is that they didnt give me any idication that they where cancelling the order, or why they where cancelling it, I simply got a refund email from world pay. No explanation, nothing.

Even though they've clearly broken regulations by taking money then refunding it without any reason (its still in stock etc), I cant be bothered taking it further. They'll never end up honouring it, even if they have no terms and conditions.
