Benefit payments over Christmas

well i got paid! on the 27th, which is late not early like they have been promising. also it was the wrong amount. a lot less than i should of had as well meaning even though i finally got the money it's too little to cover the money I've 'robbed from peter to pay Paul' so to speak. it's Friday so I've just checked my other dates (child tax credits and child benefit) and it looks like i have to wait until monday now. i have just about enough to put on my meters until then. what a crap !!!! up christmas!

Hi, can anyone help, my Housing Benefit is due on the Monday 31st, but normally goes in on the Saturday (so today) and it's not gone in, but other benefit that isn't due until Tuesday has gone in, any ideas as to why? Thanks

It's still not gone in, am worried now as need to pay my rent on Wednesday (was due end of December, but they said to pay on the 2nd Jan)
