Orange to EE - no longer unlimited?

Hello all,
I've been an Orange mobile customer for around 10 years and an Orange home broadband customer for only 2 months. I decided to move to Orange for my broadband and home phone package because they offered a good deal for 'truly unlimited' broadband (£5 plus £13.50 line rental)
I've just received a letter welcoming me to EE broadband which outlines my package - 20GB data allowance but it's unlimited until March 2013. Can they do this?? I only signed up because the Orange customer service assistant really pushed the whole 'truly unlimited' thing!
I could talk about the !!!! up in moving to Orange broadband too (no Internet for 3 weeks, phone line disconnected and told I couldn't have my phone number back) but that's a whole other rant for a different thread.
Your advice is much appreciated!

Further to this, I've just got off the phone to their customer services (25 mins to get through, becoming standard practice with these guys, anyone remember when they used to be good?!) and the guy I spoke to was pretty embarrassed to admit that they had received lots of calls about this today and that they didn't know anything about these letters going out!!
It's looking like a pretty shoddy set up so far. Everything everywhere? Incompetent idiots!0 -

Much better when it was Freeserve!
When Horange gave their LLU network to BT to manage it looked like they were giving up on fixed line broadband, looks like the policy is continuing. That gum you like is coming back in style.0
