Gledhill Gas Boiler Problem (Sussex)

Any gas engineer should have a set of torx keys. They are needed on lots of boilers, not just Gledhill's.
The amount of bother I had just trying to order and get a couple of burner seals in case they needed replacing during servicing was an absolute nightmare.
Took about 3 weeks!!0 -
Hi thanks for all your advice. We decided not to give up yet as the last plumber said that it is an A rated boiler and it is a waste of money to get new one if we can fix it, plus it is only 6 years old. The problem is that nobody has the specific screwdriver head to get to the sensor part. It seems like all country has somebody dealing with Gledhill boilers except Sussex and plumbers from London will not travel so far. If you know somebody who is not to far from Lancing/Worthing/Brighton give me a shout. All help highly appreciated, and thanks again for all your responses.
Hopefully you'll find someone from here:
