    Oh yes!!!!

    A Hot Water Bottle :T

I can't self propel and find it can be ruddy cold as a passenger as I can't self propel :D but seriously, even if self propelling, ones legs could get cold so something extra may be needed to keep the legs warm.

A set of number plates :). My daughter is being fitted for a wheelchair (not self propelled) and her ex boyfriend has ordered her a set of personalised number plates, front and back, with her name and nickname on :)

Good Idea Ettenna. I was thinking practical things, but the jazzy things come in handy too :D And make ideal stocking fillers :D

OT just called this morning, hasn't made the referral yet :wall: Cos she was off sick, oh well it happens to us all. Guess it's gonna be a few weeks later than we planned. She'll just need to put the stocking fillers away until she gets her chair :)

But on a good note about the OT being off sick, it did give us time to ask for a self propelling one, as she managed well when she tried a friend's wheelchair.

And she's got word to go see the surgeon. Hopefully if this guy can say he can fix her she won't need it :D

All our hope are now pinned on him, he's the last surgeon to see who specialises in this kind of surgery. So fingers crossed
