I would just like a day off from cooking and cleaning! Just ONE day out of 365 a year where i dont even have to enter the kitchen!
  • For the sake of my poor hubby and kids, I'd like to get through the next few (PMT-ish) days without any PMT symptoms! The last couple of months have been hell on earth. :(

This used to be me a few years ago but my lovely son is now a trained chef so we'll split it between us! I've done all the sweet things today, he'll prep the veg tonight. DD is doing the piggies and hubby will keep us going with, ahem, refreshments. :D
  • my week was made when i opened, a cabbage patch kid from my partners mum.
it has taken 23yrs to get one and now at 29 i am blissfully happy with Kaile
went out for materials earlier and now can hardly wait to make her a little bed and chair!!

Last week we asked Dads what they really want for Christmas, so it's only fair we ask Mums what they hope to get (even though Mums are generally better at feigning delight, come Christmas day).

  • There's only one thing I want for Christmas.

    A divorce. :(

That's all I wanted for Christmas in 2009 AND I GOT WHAT I WANTED!!!! I had to be SOOOOO brave and determined but it was worth every single struggle and tear - now I'm happier than I've ever been and in charge of my own destiny. :rotfl:

MSE has helped me so often on the journey - THANK YOU:T
  • I want my dad to recover from cancer.Would give up every present for that

A trailer load of manure for the vegetable patch, and somebody to come along and dig it all in for me! :rotfl:
