I inputted the code and thought it'd gone through, but I was tired last night. The point i'm making is why send me letters with these codes on if they have no intention of honouring them?:D"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

I had a code that didn't work, so I rang up and did the order over the phone. Where's the problem?!0

As i've explained; I put the code in, and thought it'd gone through, then realised it hadn't, so did ring them and they said I shouldn't have had the letter n code in the first place, and wouldn't let me cancel the order as it was personalised stuff:o"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

You do realise they tell you the code was invalid online so they remove the need for assumption0
