BT Unlimited wifi ??

Was thinking of transferring to BT from Orange. The unlimited wifi is very attractive to me. It is actually 10,000 minutes a month which seems quite generous. I dont use a lot of broadband so the monthly limit of 10 gig is ok by me.

Before I give BT a call I just want to make sure I have my facts right. Can anyone tell me if the unlimited wifi is in addition to the 10 gig a month allowed for Broadband. I would hate to make a mistake and find out that the wifi is eating in to my 10 gig a month.

Shirley the unlimited wifi is from wifi (FON) hotspots and not your own allowance. Your own home usage will be limited to your contractual limit of 10Gb.

i.e.

We believe your internet connection shouldn't stop when you leave your home. We're the only UK broadband company giving you free, unlimited wi-fi at more than 7.5 million hotspots worldwide with all our broadband packages. Just use your BT email address and password to log in.
