Working DAD....most definatly....
Don’t have the skills or patience J to be a House Husband full time.
Don’t get me wrong…I don’t mind doing my bit on Saturday’s and the odd Monday during school holidays when she is at work…..but that’s all I can manage…..
I also make ‘Guest’ appearances on school runs now and again …………to tick the box.
Full time ‘House Husband’…..Not on your nelly…..
I love my job and wouldn’t change that for the world…..and it pays well too, more then she would ever make (She just likes to spend it...)….. which is an added benefit.
Leave her to deal with the little monsters….errrr….i mean darlings….. J:jTo be Young AGAIN!!!!...what a wonderfull thought!!!!!:rolleyes:0 -
My husband is the Stay At Home Parent & I'm utterly thankful. He's much better at it than I was, the lads have loads more fun & I bring in a wage & the occasional takeaway.
People keep telling me I have beautifully behaved children - because my husband has done all the hard work of bringing them up properly.
Don't let *anyone* tout the stay at home role as easy - it devalues all parents.0
