  • I can't seem to find it, can anyone tell me in plain English what's happening ;)
  • I can't get on that one either it keeps saying page forbidden :(
  • Seems to be something to do with the construction of the webpage. Worked ok for me a few times but now I get "Forbidden too". You will need to go to:

    http://casetracker.justice.gov.uk/listing_calendar/search.jsp

and enter the case number ie 20150150

    Hopefully this now works!

Are you touting for business on this forum as some kinda debt guru? Because that's what it would appear to the victims here, and in the circumstances that's not good at all. Red warnings and a boast of your elevated MSE status won't help us whatsoever!
  • I don't think he is, he (or she!) is just posting a screen shot of the case tracker page that many people couldn't access. He's been thanked over 41,000 times so isnt 'touting for trade' by the looks!

Back to the subject of the thread, if NRAM are successful, can the appeal results be appealed?!

    Correct.

My signature is there underneath all my posts. Not a boast or touting or anything like that.

As you say... back to the subject at hand.

    then i apologise!
  • Wow. Hadn't checked in on this thread in ages and to be honest I'd given up. I was one of the 300 complainants but I honestly thought it was dead. I hadn't heard anything about the court case.

A lot of talk about what period any refunds/ compensation/ interest would apply. Unless I'm mistaken our issue is completely separate from the original CCA, or more accurately it's in addition to that. In a nutshell we had non-compliant statements for an agreement that was non-compliant in the first place. For those with sub 25k loans, their non-compliance is the advertised period. For those of us with 25k+ loans, we've been non-compliant since we first took the loans out, and we continue to be non-compliant as I've never signed any updated agreement that my loan isn't regulated by the CCA. The original non-compliant agreement still stands.

So in terms of redress, my loan commenced in May 2007. I've added up all my statements, and by the time the appeal is heard in April at the latest, I will have paid just over £17k in payments and £11k in interest.

Surely any refund must cover the entire loan period until they issue us with updated loan agreements?
