Fingers crossed! Although, the change in wording could mean anything...
I really hope they make an announcement soon either way.0 -

We paid off our Together mortgage and 28.5k unsecured loan last July and in light of the recent ruling I wrote to NRAM with details of our new address. I could not find a relevant email address to do this and anticipated the usual treatment.
Amazingly they replied promptly, acknowledged receipt of the letter and updated their records for any future correspondence. :j0 -
I'm in a similar situation, I had a letter the other day. I got all excited, but it was just a standard acknowledgement of my new address and that they'd logged my complaint!0

Hi guys,
This is my first post but I have followed the link with interest and received lots of advice. I made complaints regarding our situation - similar to most - Awful Together Mortgage plus 30k loan.
I've noticed the message on Nrams website regarding redress has changed. I'm assuming they have not appealed the decision. Anyone know ?
Thanks Kerry.0 -
Anyone had any correspondence off NRAM recently after submitting an email?
I emailed them a week ago and still nothing. Used the email address that was within this thread

Do you have an example of your letter please?
Hi. Just gave my full details, including d.o.b, new contact address in full and then quoted my old address (where mortgage was held) mortgage account numbers, when taken out, when redeemed etc.
I then said I wished for refund of the interest theyd charged me + accrued interest on that etc in light of the recent high court ruling...
Just include as much info as possible. Hope this helps.0
