I've had some contact recently with Martin on Twitter, These are his replies....
    - I do what I believe in. And I've been workng on both NRAM and MCD with many agencies.
-Ive raised NRAM with powers that be many times, yet got nowhere. I think you think I've more power than I do
There's another one about him not being an MP and that the situation is always raised at monthly MSE meetings....

Nram sold vulnerable first time buyers a mortgage that was not fit for purpose !! Irresponsible lending at its very best !!!
We need to get answer now !!!When was Richard Banks & NRAM first made aware loans over £25k were improperly executed?"

We could all club together and use it for unbiased legal representation !

Yep, I'm up for that Keg and would most certainly contribute heavily provided it's a majority contribution. I would not wish to fund a Supreme Court appeal between the minority for ALL to benefit from.

Sorry, but there were a load of last minute interlopers who suddenly appeared when it looked like success was imminent.

IMHO - The only way forward is colossal media exposure!

I agree. I am totally disheartened by this result, and have been avoiding looking on here too much as it just makes me feel worse. I have be racking my brains for a loophole for us, but I can't see anything. Even if we did find something, how do we fund the legal costs?

I think media exposure is a way forward, but where to start, and what do we expect out of it?

I agree, media exposure. Legally that's it now, unless new evidence comes to light and the only way it is likely to do that is if there is a proper investigation and that isn't going to come without pressure, and the only way to get that pressure is from the media.

Watchdog might be a good start...
