That's because you can't make a provision for a fine you don't know the amount of.0

So, anyone got any ideas what could be possibly happening now. Are the judges sat in their offices, reading though all the documents, researching etc..Before the decision is made?0

That's a very good question and one I've been pondering over for some time, why the end of July? Seems strange that they pre-assessed how long it will take them to arrive at an unknown decision!0 -

LOL - 'Tea' I've been out for a few party nights with close friends of ours who are judges, they put a whole new spin on the meaning of 'sober as a judge' These guys can party :beer:0 -
Perhaps they're reading here to decide if we're worthy :rotfl:0

Oh, I am 100% certain that they are reading this. They are ordinary people, although mega intelligent and sharp!0

I have a together loan which I'm still paying off, and because I sold my property I'm paying the exhorbitant interest which trebled as soon as I had no property to secure it against. (I wasn't told about this when the broker sold me the mortgage but guess it's my fault for not reading the agreement.. I was just so pleased to be able to get a home of my own)
I take it there is nothing naughty about this increase in interest by NRAM?Thanks to all who post here:beer:0 -

I think it means that your refund of interest will be a greater amount than the majority if the appeal goes our way. Sounds like you'd receive enough to get rid of the loan!0 -
The contract does explain the increase in interest rates if you redeem your mortgage, but then again the contract states that you are protected by the CCA, so take the whole thing with a pinch of salt.0
