I have one of the loans that was above 25K, I am currently in a DMP with interest frozen (this happened last year) I am looking to try and do a full & final settlement, if I offer it and it is accepted and paid, then the court rule in favour of the customers would I get my redress or would the F&F or indeed the DMP stop me from getting the redress?

I think you need a professional opinion for this one, perhaps a visit to your local Citizen's Advice Bureau would be a good starting point?

Keg... When it comes to a company potentially losing billions of pounds, it's not going to happen over night!
I've been fighting this since 2008 and only in the last year have things started moving, slowly, but moving!

The question to ask yourself is how transparent have they been throughout? Answer, not at all, so there lies the answer. Personally, I think that the British tax payers should be made aware that there is likely to be another £.3b liability in the public purse for David and George to deal with. Tescos got slammed for concealing losses from it's share holders, and others have done so too in the past, but NRAM is UK-PLC, so the same rules do not apply to it's share holders!

I just have no idea how this has all remained behind closed doors! Nothing at all has been mentioned in the news, not even a sniff of it! How??
Its not just NRAM that should be held accountable for this c*ck up, I think the government should too!

That's why the likes of CAB and your local MP tell you there is nothing you can do, because the moment someone says "here, do this..." it is ALL going to hit the fan!!!

Greece defaults on €250m installment because it has limited funds, which makes worldwide news, UK PLC facing £300m payout becsuse of illegal actions, but all kept under wraps. That kinda puts it all into perspective!

Has Martin Lewis ever given advice on this particular situation, to anyone or raised the subject to any relevant person ? I wonder !

He dare not get involved keg, but I'm sure he'd like to voice an opinion which we wouldn't be too disappointed to hear ;-)
