Faulty Vodafone Handsets - Read This

I took out a contract with Vodafone last May i have a Sharp GX30. It has been returned three times because of battery problems. As the contract has nearly expired i telephoned them to ask for another replacement as it was the same problem again.
First person i spoke to told me to get in touch with Sharp direct as i hadn't taken out insurance on the phone. when i looked at the warranty Sharp stated that Vodafone had to sort it out.
Phoned Vodafone again and a very nice lady informed me that as i had, had 3 replacements handsets then i was entitled to a brand new phone. So i have a nice brand new phone coming my way.

SO IF YOU HAVE HAD 3 REPLACEMENT HANDSETS FROM VODAFONE THEN YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A NEW ONE.

Yes ive had that, 3 faulty v525s and then i was told by the shop to quote that i had lost faith in that handset and i could choose another model, so i chose a v600 which had just hit the shops for the same price and plan as the v525;)
