Well after a 10 min and a 30 min phone call 1 credit and 1 headphones. Just had another 10 min call and hopefully all will be sorted by tomorrow. Luckily 0800 numbers :mad:0

2 credits now but still only 1 headphones. Why can cs staff not simply do what they promise to do and honour the contract as agreed. Another phone call coming up :mad:0

Gave up phoning and wrote a letter. Got a phone call this afternoon very apologetic stating that not normal standard of service etc blah blah. Headphones will be sent and £10 credit added to PAYG account. Just got a text with parcel tracking number.0
