three (3) mobile complaints

Hi all,

I've been searching the threads for the best way to contact three mobile to register a complaint. Surprise surprise, their online complaint form won't work !

I've tried the executive address that's been posted here but it might be out of date.

Does anyone have an email or postal address to register a complaint with someone that actually cares ?

Have you previously submitted a complaint via the online form??
because I had trouble submitting a complaint by online form on my laptop and after that I have not been able to submit via that route.i ended up doing it on my iphone,i also used my daughters laptop which worked ok
