    Sorry I should have been clearer. The tracking number must be fully trackable to delivery and proved by a signature, so parcel post is not good enough.

    However, parcel post is insurable, so in the case of a buyer demanding a refund it is possible for the seller to claim against the insurance and repay the buyer.

    I had something recently, it went by parcel post insured for £100, I had intended to send it special delivery but I stupidly overlooked the size restriction on special delivery.
