                    hi all
Has anyone got a phone number for Sports Direct that I can call?
I ordered some LFC Goalkeeper football shorts for my daughter and being a muppet I ordered adults small not kids small
My fault, so as soon as they arrived, I returned them recorded delivery at my cost (no problem there is my error)...
Refund duely arrived - only item cost, not original postage of £3.99..
Read their terms and the return was actioned within 7 days,
I have sent 3 emails asking them why they are not refunding the postage and they are ignoring the emails.
I know £3.99 is not the biggest amount in the world, but it is annoying me that they are ignoring me completely
Thanks

did you cancel under DSR or just send them back ?0
 -
Whilst it is good practice to refer to DSRs when returning goods, it is my understanding that it doesn't matter - statutory rights supersede T&Cs.0

I still don't get why you should be entitled to a refund for ordering the wrong item yourself.
To me, morally I would take the hit for getting it wrong myself.
Why should a company pay for your inability to select the right item.0 -
You only get a p&p refund if the goods are faulty.Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0

While I agree with you, it's still the law, sending back within 7 days should be a clear indication of your intent to cancel under DSR.I still don't get why you should be entitled to a refund for ordering the wrong item yourself.

I agree that is true, however, what happens if the company do not receive them back within 7 days and there has not been any written contact to advise of the intent to return?0 -

Yeah I know but it has to be one of the crappiest rules of DSR in my opinion. Although I disagree the timing of return indicates what you are returning under - I think you should most definitely have to jump through hoops for returning something (by the OP's own admission) they screwed up when ordering.
I'd hate to be a business owner!0 -
Then take it to Discussion Time, or vents. This forum is about your rights, not what rights you disagree with. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
