hi, Can anyone help me with RentSmart (PC World) me and my boyfriend was looking for a lap top from pc world when a female worker told us about rent smart, and when we had the laptop for 2 years its yours and that rent smart will send out a new one. But its been 2 years now and we had nothing. The other night the laptop stopped working, when you load it up the lap top starts bleeping and then shuts down? We believe the harddrive has broke and thats why its not working? We are paying every month without fail. But who do we go to for a replacement? and what if they say no? Can they still do that? i dont want to pay for something that dont work? :mad: I dont know what to do.

Please any advice would be great.

    You should get a letter from Rentsmart at upgrade time. In the meantime, call Knowhow to book a repair on the faulty one (0800 587 8787)
