12 months ago I had a terrible time with renewing my TalkTalk contract and had to resort to this forum to try and get help.
This year it has, so far, been different. The call centre were helpful offering a discount for the fact I've been a customer for over 7 years.
I even opted to upgrade to include their new Freeview tv offer and the engineer was here in less than a week, arriving 5 minutes before the time he said he'd arrived and installed the box with no problems.
Brickbat last year, bouquet this year!

Am getting to grips with YouView box ... haven't been able to watch any TV yet ... too busy reading the manual!0
