E.ON Prices per kWh

I have received notification from EON of the price increase for my current plan SaveOnline 11 effective from 18/1/13, as well as notification that my plan ends on 8/2/13 and their intention to put me onto EON Energy Plan i.e. their new standard rate. I also manage my account online.
PROBLEM - EON are not currently publishing any details of the per therm price for gas or per kwh for electric, or their standing charges, for any of their 5 new tariffs. All they are showing is average rates and percentage savings between each different tariff.
I have received the information I wanted via email from EON and raised the problem with them, as otherwise the details of their pricing structure are not available to new or existing customers on their website for comparison purposes independent of comparison websites.
Even the customer services rep I have just spoken with could not locate the details on their website and has raised it as a 'complaint' for me.
Hopefully EON will be sorting this out soon and adding the necessary information to their website.

Sorry you've had difficulties finding the unit rates for our new tariffs on the website. I'm also sorry our advisor wasn't able to point you in the right direction either.

They're available through the 'get a quote' button on the first page of the website.

Just pop in your address details and go to the next page. Click 'start a quote' then click through the next 5 or 6 screens.

This will take you to a page with the option to 'review plan' under each tariff. Select the tariff you're interested in and click the relevant 'review plan' button. The unit prices are on this page.
