Vodafone didn't offer me any deals, request a PAC time?

Hey all,

Sorting out my Dad's phone bill for him, he's currently paying for 5 numbers (1 is a dongle that is never used)

I've just found out what package everyone is on and I can now see why he is paying so much, currently he would pay £57 a month if no one went over their limit, but last months bill was £269. Unbelievable if you ask me. He on average goes over his 300 minutes and costs himself alone £70 a month, let alone the other numbers.

I spoke to a lady at Vodafone who just quoted all the packages on their website, yes it'd take the bill down but I want to actually get a good deal since they always seem to give my Dad a bad deal. I also told her I was thinking of moving two numbers to Orange to take advantage of their U24 offer she had no idea what it was, after telling her she still had no response to this.

Am I right in thinking phoning up, asking for PAC's for all of the number (2 are out of contract now, other 2 are out as of 4th of Jan) is the best way to get myself a deal. I've seen people with S3's & unlimited packages for ~£24, this would more than be ideal, taking the plunge the best idea? I am right in saying if I don't use the PAC codes everything can stay as it is.

you need to speak to retentions
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
