i dont know really just wondered what peoples opinion was of what i was offered before they knew they had not followed whatever procedure they have within their car valet parking facility0 -

Maybe ask for an upgraded room or meals with a drinks voucher?
Seems like they were good in as much as they paid all the fees, rather than you having to pay out and claim back from them.0 -

About right IMHO - but probably worth seeing if they'll stretch - maybe phrase it as 'give you an opportunity to show the hotel when things work out right, maybe with valet parking, room, restaurant all working in harmony, you know?'0
