I was a bit of a !!!! in my old job u have all seen the threads but now im trying to make a fresh start.
It is an agency I will be joining, and I have the relevant skills for the job advertisement.
Who can I use for a reference if my previous employer changed management with no HR, and my current well as I said I was a bit of a !!!!

More likely for 2 if you haven't been in the current or last job 3 years or more. if you nip over to the employment board, that is the reference they provide on company policy so maybe that will be ok0 -

I thought your current one was going to give you a reference..?
Maybe you can get a character reference from someone outside of work, and just get the 2 employers to confirm dates of employment?0 -

character refs are pretty easy to get, I will get one character one basic old one prob won't reply it has been nearly 2 years0 -

And, if my memory serves me well, didn't your previous employer dismiss you?? So maybe not likely to be good if you got one?0
