As it ends in paypal.co.uk (assuming that is actually who it is from, and the links are all actually to paypal.co.uk or paypal.com), then it's a kosher email.
I have had many from @e.paypal.co.uk before.0 -
I have my ebay at one email address and paypal in another. I never ever click anything from paypal in emails, just go to the official site and sign in to check things.0
