I'm a girl, so no need to be rude, please! I am not obliged to know such things. I wouldn't slate you for not speaking five languages either (which, fyi, I do), so there is no need for this sort of thing. I haven't come on this forum with an attitude, I haven't been abusive to anyone, therefore I find this type of thing entirely gratuitous.
But you have been pretty mean spirited about stereotyping people who work in car dealershipsJohn0 -
Yet again some one try's to save money at car giant
I am confused with your problem with Audi this as this car was probley sold to a lease company with out warranty or limted warranty.
Lease company keep there repair cost to a bare minimum.
I doubt very much if your car was at Victoria Audi for as long as you say, having had my car serviced there and seeing how short they are on space.
You did not buy this car from Audi or synter group?
If you had this car would have been covered by there sureb customer care.
I am confused also why you drove to petrol station and did not stop immediately this would have minimised damage to engine.
If you wanted Audi warranty you should have spent extra money and not expected it for free.
Lets admit the warranty was about as much youse as a chocolate fire guard.
You got free courtesy car that sound like Audi bent over backwards for you to me.
You are complaining for sympathy and I have none as you brought a cheap car and that's what you got.
Do you or your hubby go to work for nothing, didn't think so don't expect Audi too do this either.
If you main dealer back up pay the money.
Also remember there are three sides to any story your theirs and the truth.0 -

First post - and you've won the award for today's most ignorant, uniformed and illiterate post on these forums."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
Paynoworpaylater is the slimey salesman, and I claim my £5!0

Paynoworpaylater, please never again write anything that might be viewed by the public. I am in physical pain from your incoherent, grammatically tortured blathering.0

Paynoworpaylater is actually quite right, if you want a bomp proof car maker warranty then buy an approved used car from a main dealer.
Car Giant is responsible for this car, and the car should have been returned to them for repair.
Audi and Sytner have no responsibility at all in this case, its not their fault that somone bought a pup, as far as they are concerned someone has brought in a broken probably ill maintained example of a not particularly durable car and it needs diagnosis and repair.
They charge probably well over £100 an hour in central London and main dealers do not repair vehicles they fit new parts till the vehicle is eventually fit for purpose.
The above advise was quite right, a competent make specific indy was the place to take this car anyway, not an Audi dealer, but Car Giant should have been given the chance to fix it in the first place.
The typical aftermarket warranty sold by pile 'em high and sell 'em cheap wide boys is useful only as spare bog roll, how many more times does this need to be said.0
