Is ineedamobile.com trust worthy?

I wanted to buy a phone from them as they sell refurbished units for seemingly the best price apart from ebay (but I stay clear of ebay when it comes to electronics). Are they a scam? They say they provide you a refund if they sell you a phone that is blocked and that they use checkmend to check the phones first.

I really want totrust them but something makes me feel uneasy. Anyone buy from them before?

It's not just about the money
  • Thanks for that. I wonder if smartfonestore.com is any better. Will google :-)

If you mean smartfonestoreuks.gif(that's their eBay ID), I used them recently to get a refurbished iPhone 4S. No problems at all (the phone was like new) and would use them again.

I think it's just smartfonestore. When I typed in smartfonestoreuk nothing came up.
  • It's the same company.
  • Just to update everyone. I sent ineedamobile.com an email to ask what their policy is if a phone gets blocked by the original owner 6 months or longer after purchase. They responded to me that they will either give you a replacement handset or a refund and will not leave their customers with a barred phone. Their only condition is that they need to check whether it was the original owner that blocked it or their buyer. Sounds legit to me. I suppose customers can save emails such as that one if things go wrong and it goes to small claims court?
  • It would sure be nice if places like this business phone system reseller had mobile products for cases like this. I mean, the 3rd party and usually the manufacturers sell refurbished phones all the time. Why not just have a location (other than the internet like ebay) for them at a much more discounted price?
