Why not try Plusnet?

I recently signed up with them for a FTTC service. 60GB/month cap, but they have an unlimited if you pay more. TBH, unlimited rarely is.

I have had great service from PN, and all phone support is English voices (Sheffield based).

Just thinking of joining Plusnet (have always been with BT) and BT customer services gave me the 'your line could drop all the time with plusnet and they don't fix it' spiel - I exaggerate, but it got me worried as we are internet junkies in our house, just fed up with outrageous BT costs. Anyone moved from BT to plusnet and what was your experience? Thanks

That's rather amusing, given that Plusnet is wholly owned by BT, and runs over exactly the same BT network.

Great deal and excellent service from BT yesterday so i'm quite pleased
