Like, you, I had this company on my current account & on investigation, it turned out to be my credit card company (Virgin CC/MNBA) who had changed their name to Netacess.0

I too am grateful for this thread as I found this in my statement today and didn't know what the hell it was :-/0

This helped me too!!! How confusing, looks very dodgy on the statement.
Thanks MSE!0 -
You would think they would have the merchant account called "Virgin", it can't be that hard to setup, even if the card is issued by MBNA. In fact, if it said MBNA, we would have clicked without the need to Google!Visit my blog - www.amiga600.net0

Just had a panic about the same 'netaccess/olb' entry on my account. Turns out it is a payment to my Amazon card.
Payments made through MBNA, Virgin and Amazon card websites have this entry on your bank statement.0 -
i've paid my mbna credit card and it seems to heve come up as this on my bank statement so maybe check this out?0

This just happened to me too. Thought my debit card had been diddled. Turned out to have been my Virgin credit card payment which i had forgotten about.0

Another grateful soul for the Thread Resurrection Party!
Just found a payment of over £60 to Netacess/Olb Mpi Chester whilst looking at my bank account online. I had a minor panic as I couldn't remember spending that amount anywhere. Googling the name brought me here so I then logged into my Virgin Credit Card account and found that I had indeed made a payment to them for just over £60 on the day in question. Panic over thanks to this site. Thanks everyone.

I noticed this entry on my current account as well, but realised that it was the same date my payment went out to my Virgin Credit Card. This must be their identification, it would be helpful if they were toi use something recognisable. Hope this helps......:beer:0
