I have a keypad and put in 10 per week. It is just myself and a teenager though and we use the tumble dryer 4 times per week, although for hot water etc that is from the gas, and I only spend 15 per week on that and half of that again in the summer.0

Tumble dryers are notoriously expensive to run. We have one and use it occasionally but we also have a clothes horse which we erect in a spare room and dry our clothes on that. (We used to put it over the bath but modern spin dryers don't leave the clothes dripping wet).0

Im at home, though not really using extra electric than I would if I worked outside the home, just machines running at different times!
Our bill is £54 a month and I'm hugely in credit. I reckon I could half it but they wont let me til Ive been with them a full year.
Try rationing tv (encourage board games!), cutting down on laundry, not using tumble drier, using a slow cooker or making best use of oven by bulk cooking.0
