Funny. It was you who said that if you wanted advice you'd take it from real professionals like me, KiKi or zzzLazyDaisy? Just checked... yes it was you. So do you want to qualify that with an "but only if they agree with me"?
And my observation is that you should certainly be aware of how nasty people can be on here. You often feature amongst the nasty ones.
Oh, and just a hint for free... if you ever need employment law advice I wouldn't suggest getting it from your "colleague" ,who is actually your employer! Or didn't you notice that?
Partly one reason for posting this post was to ask opinions. However if I did need advice I can speak to my colleague as hypothetical question or just ask generally. My colleague who I'd ask is leaving soon therefore future questions I'll ask when she's left eg at her new company as she's already told me I can ask her questions.
If she 'were' to report back to my current boss my scenario I detailed here well that's highly a sackable offence?! Plus I have 2.5 years good service. Getting payrise from Feb but want to leave (other options) anyway. Partly due to wanting if I can more child care eg work 4 day week
I Admit I am not nicest of people here a bit judgy etc. but that doesn't give others the right to be snarky/bullying.
And yes dear old SarEl I mean you. Seems like you want an army of yes-people here who bow and scrape to your every word!0 -
