Changing Broadband provider

Hi

If I change my broadband provider (I'm currently with NTL - now Virgin), will I still be able to keep my old email address by just logging onto Virgin's site or will it get closed down?

you should still be able to use it, but it depends on Virgin Media's policy - but if you were with NTL, would that be by cable? To get broadband else where, you would need a BT line

If it's a pay for account, then once you cancel, you'll probably get 30 days left and you'll loose the account. After all you are paying for the service, so if you stop paying, you'll loose it!

If it's a "free" account, as long as you log into it say once a month, you'll be able to keep it.

Thanks - I've got a BT line as I only use NTL for Broadband. I pay for Broadband and get email accounts along with it.
