    thanks!

i will fone dwp and question this as it clear does not mention about the enhanced premium on my award letter

I'm also get DLA (HRM, MRC) & ESA (C) Support Group and I don't get any Disability Premiums.

I thought it was due to me living back with my parents (so not living on my own) and / or it was only if you were on Income Rated ESA, but maybe wrong on both counts.

So let me know how you get on, I'm very interested....

    *EDIT*

Just found this which I'm not sure explains it better or not:-

  • I can't believe the thread. I am totally with princess don on this one. If people live here, they are subject to our laws and we definitely should not be paying, for what in this country is an illegal practice.

If I lived abroad I would expect to abide by their laws. If I felt strongly the law was wrong, says here was a country that insisted woman have 2 husbands (god forbid) then I wouldn't go and live there.
Well Behaved women seldom make history

    Early retirement goal... 2026

  • I'm a disabled person that's been hit by the benefit change to Esa. First of all I married my wife and discover as she is in my house I lose £49.50 a week severe disabled allowance. She can't be classed as my career because she comes from the Phillipines a non EU country. So she gets a job and we discover all she earns is stopped from my monies  The new benefit is not like Incapacity which is a fixed rate its income to the household related... So the fact she is now working removes the Disability income guarantee so Im now get another £50 drop OMG So where I had income support and incapacity each fort night my income is now £100 light... Once you add in my wife costs to get to and from work... I'm in real trouble.. :( What can I do??? The bills are rolling in and I can't see how we can survive? CAB says their calculations are right. Has anyone else experienced this???
