So, I'm covered on my phone through my bank for accidental damage and theft. When my phone broke I told them the situation and they said that I'd be liable for a claim. All I'd have to do is send a proof of purchase i.e. receipt along with a claim number and they said that I'd here from them within 3 weeks. 5 weeks later and without any use of and affordibility of a phone I still have not heard from them at all!!! HELP PLEASE>!
