sounds like a 419 scam im going to pm the op for evidence of any emails so I can track them. Wont get any money back if this is the case a 419er but you must stop the banking info today. All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0

Hiya, thanks for your replies, my mum did phone a fraud number through her bank yesterday but didn't actually get anywhere with them so she is calling in today. I also need to note that they never got her bank and card details from my mum, they got them from loansolutions which is who mum applied through originally.
I am in the process of trying to get a loan myself to try and help her out as she is now in dire straits finacially0 -

Nobody will ring you or contact you in any way at all with a genuine loan offer... it WILL be a scam.0 -
Maddy Thanks for the PM.
What stuck out of the pm you sent me was how they replied to youf mother.
'Dear mam'
No loan company or anyone in the UK what ever their role would ever call someone this. To me this is classic African and im betting the email will be traced to Nigeria. I have pm'ed you again if you wish to email me with all details. The money has gone im afraid, however, if there is a slightest chance that the email is from the UK we may get somewhere with help from people I know involved in 419 scams. If outside UK which is almost 99% certain there is no chance what so ever of getting them caught.

Maddy - are you SURE this money was taken by a direct debit from your mums account?
The loan scams being talked about above normally rely on ukash or western union advances. Are you positive your mum hasn't forwarded money to them?0 -
there is a bank account information that it seems is stolen. They have asked for a £1 to be deposited into this account which is not a company account. Im still not sure how they have got the op's account info though. Im guessing she has put £1 into the scammers account (to prove that they are the person whom the loan is going to)
Someone has given the scammers the op's banking info after that. All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0 -
silky ,,Do you go on safari? It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Mandy, we need to find out how the scammers got your bank account info. All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0

You wont get anything from the message headers if its a smart scam as they'll just be using a transparent nym server. Hell, even Gmail will obfuscate the X-originating-IP header enough to make any tracing useless.0
