    Just logged onto my account again there is another £10 payment from wonga taken out today.
    I thought my card was canceled :(

    You authorised the payment when you agreed to repay your loan. This one and as many more as they want to take. You authorised all payments on that day of signing.

    You can't simply cancel your card and walk away sticking two fingers up at them.

    Ive never had a loan from them or anyone else.

    But someone did, and set up the CPA on your account.

    The bank should deal with this. Whilst the bank faff, ensure you have given formal instruction to them that the CPA should be cancelled.

    Too many tabs open. Answering wrong post. Comment is still valid regarding CPA though.
