Press and hold the Flying Windows key. Whilst holding it down, press the Pause Break key.
Do you have a dedicated PB key or is it written in blue?

until you determine what operating system it is, it's unlikely anyone can give you any useful advice.

linux (and it's many variants) looks and works differently to microsoft windows, the answers you've had so far assume you have a version of microsoft windows, as you didn't answer the which operating system question.

you've done a factory restore? So it should have the OS that was installed at manufacture and all the drivers.

Do you have a wireless password set on the router, if so, have you entered your wireless password on the machine, or not?

If the Factory Restore partition is missing, we can restore the original software using the FS XP Recovery Disc and the links on the FS website. Then everything should work.

I'm sending you the initial instruction via PM. You will need a computer with a functional optical disc burner and some blank CD-R discs.

You'll also need to keep a note of this Drivers & Downloads link. Youu'll need this to install Drivers and applications after the re-installation of XP. All that you need is there.
Click through, place AMILO Pro V2010 in the Search Box and choose the XP option.
